Return & Refund Policy

Because our items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns. However, in rare cases, a return may be approved if the item is defective or does not meet our quality standards.

If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:


  • Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • The issue must be due to a defect or other condition that makes the item unusable.

We take great care with quality control to ensure every product meets our standards, but we understand that occasional issues can occur.

 

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at Bloominchaos.tx@gmail.com and include your invoice, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:


  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (after approval) and place a new order for the desired product.

 

European Union Customers

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item remains unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
